That is wonderful if you can actually work at such a laboratory on a regular basis. Nice job, BTW. Would love to get one.
But if not, the software mentioned by Verdyger Jr. is very good (and not cheap).
It's more or less clear with God Save the Queen. It's sometimes much less clear what's going on with the copyright with regard to some Jewish music collections.

Yes, in my opinion if all the musicians are dead, it should be available.. but i know that the law doesn't agree with me :(

It should be but in reality - is it? There are relatives and in many countries there is this 50-year period within which only the successor(s) can take benefit of the copyrighted work.
