Win7E to come to EU without a browser

Windows 7 E coming to Europe without Internet Explorer – in response to the antitrust cases. My question is: will the future version of MacOS come to the European market without the Safari browser then? I don't wish to shed tears upon Microsoft. It is as much as useless to make react European bureaucratic authorities, which would take years, probably in vain. The most vulnerable here is the user, non-techy, non-advanced, who would barely wish to install a bunch of new programs on a new PC, preferring to work on a machine as is, right out of the box. There are A LOT of such customers. And after all, isn't it just stupid – to sell an operating system without a key application used by virtually any PC user, namely, a browser? The first question a simple PC user would ask, 'where's my Internet?' Seems to be kind of existencial question. Meanwhile, here is a good option for the Apple to broaden its market by the well-known user friendly turnkey solutions.

Install Lynx by default. ;) It was my first browser, before I switched to Netscape 2.0.

The problem is: what the customer will be using having taken a computer right out of the box? Suppose, he/she has no clue how and where to install whatever world's best browser. It's like you'd be buying a modern smartphone without calling utility, - just because there's a bunch of other third-party software to make calls. Wouldn't that be utmost annoying for you?

Surely it is unfair to leave чайника inexperienced user without any clue. They can make a big message: You most probably need a browser. Choose from :

Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE, ... ...

(And make all names float around so there will be no preference predefined by the message ;)

Right. The correct option is (at least) to leave shortcuts to download pages on the user's desktop, with a readme file (or floating elements, as you've imagined) saying, 'choose whatever browser you wish to use'. But even then... it's somewhat confusing. Why does Nokia supply it's devices with just one browser? Why is there only Safari on any brand new Apple machine? Simply because they can. European authorities initiated a most idiotic antitrust case against Microsoft. Just because MS is the leading software company in the world, whatever better and user-friendlier other companies' and independent developers' products are.
I have been using MacOS X for about a year, this is my conscious choice. But let us be realistic: MS is the leader on the consumer and corporate market so far.

Но, кстати, в ЕС возбуждено новое дело, на сей раз против Intel. Видите ли, AMD обижены. Следующим шагом будут поставлять в ЕС компьютеры без процессоров? :-))

В данном случае ИМХО ситуация другая, т.к. покупаю машину человек вполне может решить какой процессор / мат. плату ставить. AMD конечно стали проигрывать, т.к. Intel их обошли технологически, только не очень понятно чего конкретно они могут требовать?

Оперу я понимаю, она значитально отстаёт по популярности от Мозиллы. Но Майкрософт естественно сразу могли дать выбор, но не хотели помогать конкурентам, и сделали "как написано" - т.е. удалили всё (понимая что это идиотизм и не продерживатся в таком виде).

Порой там слышны голоса. Так что запись вероятно не совсем студийная.

Ну и некоторая фальшь тоже :) Но, главное, мелодия слышна все время довольно хорошо. А это главное.
