An early performance of the "Kapelye" on the 5th Ave.
One of the parts (g-a-g, d-g-bb-a-g) resembles the refrain of the song "Est' evreyskoe mestechko vozle shtot Bobruysk" (see over here)

in fact, they found their place among the pioneers of Yiddish / klezmer revival in the States.
Not to say a word about Michael Alpert (http://www.michaelalpert.org) (he's on the fiddle on this video) who is definitely the figure #1 on the world Yiddish stage.
